Irrigation Installations
Generally, the charge is around $300 to $350 per 1000 square feet of the surface that needs irrigating. So, if you want to measure your yard and/or flower beds, you can get a rough estimate of how much it will cost you.
Pricing may vary based on complexity of layout and which products you decide to choose.
I will provide an estimate at no charge. I will measure your property and take pressure readings to determine the design capacity of your irrigation system. I will walk you through my process and show you exactly where the costs are coming from. You may choose to modify my design for higher quality or lower price. The design can be tailored to fit within your budget. Either way, you won’t get a better installation or warranty with any other company.

Monthly Maintenance Contract
**$60 per month on up to 12 Zones (each additional zone will be $5 extra per zone)
Includes:
Weekly visit to the site for check up and adjustment on system
Service contracts include: inspecting the controller for proper time settings, insuring that plants and turf are receiving adequate water given the season, raising sprinkler heads as needed to accommodate plant growth, and raising, straightening, and re-packing heads depressed in the lawn by mowing equipment. Any minor breaks (1” or smaller) will be repaired, pumps shall be inspected for proper operation, and nozzles will be adjusted so that over spray is minimized to curtail waste and potential water damage to structures. Any minor adjustments and or fixes that don’t require digging or replacement.
