Maintenance Contracts

Sprinkler Solutions offers monthly maintenance contracts and provides
services for the individual homeowner, homeowner’s association, banks, hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, and other businesses.  Maintenance contracts may be customized to fit the needs of the client.  Service contracts include: inspecting the controller for proper time settings, insuring that plants and turf are receiving adequate water given the season, raising sprinkler heads as needed to accommodate plant growth, and raising, straightening, and re-packing heads depressed in the lawn by mowing equipment.  Any minor breaks (1” or smaller) will be repaired, pumps shall be inspected for proper operation, and nozzles will be adjusted so that over spray is minimized to curtail waste and potential water damage to structures.  Objectives include: creating relationships with businesses, realtors, lawn care companies, landscape companies and homeowner’s associations; forming personal relationships with current clients in order to create an increase in future clients and sharing strategies for troubleshooting, conserving water, and saving money.  

Repairs to Existing Systems

Sprinkler Solutions can service any type of irrigation component or irrigation system.  Services include: sprinkler system winterization, Spring start-up, trouble-shooting wiring problems, repairing pipes, replacing existing sprinkler heads, adding heads onto an existing system, adjusting heads, raising or lowering heads, and adjusting or replacing spray nozzles, as well as system evaluation and suggestions on optimizing the customer’s irrigation system.
