Sprinkler Solutions takes pride in announcing that we have the best warranty in the business*. We offer a complete warranty on all products we install for a total of five years. We have gone above and beyond the manufacturer warranty.  All Hunter products we install are covered under our warranty for five full years.

There are certain restrictions and not limited to the following:

• Sprinkler Solutions must be the only individuals to do any work on your system.
• All new systems are required to have a spring start-up and a fall winterization service done by Sprinkler Solutions.
• Plow damage to sprinkler heads is not covered under this warranty.
• Aeration of the lawn is covered, the pipes will be deep enough to aerate but the heads and valve boxes must be marked to avoid them.
• On occasion a sprinkler head will stick in the up position. This is not a defect; dirt or sand may have caused this. If the head is mowed off while in the up position, it is not under warranty.
• Minor leakage around the heads will not be covered unless the seals have been determined ineffective.
• Power surges through the system will not be covered for it is no fault of Sprinkler Solutions or Hunter Industries.
• Acts of nature are just that and will not be under warranty.
• Human damage or vandalism will not be covered and will be billed separately.

The warranty information above has some examples of exclusions. The warranty on the entire system will remain in effect as long as the services are provided by Sprinkler Solutions for the first five years. All payments to Sprinkler Solutions must also be made within reason or we reserve the right to void the warranty on that system.

Exclusion to my guarantee would be damage by accident, neglect or abuse.  I also would like to point out that when a repair is made, the repair itself is complete.  I do not warranty unrelated problems that can surface after I leave.

 

Irrigation Installation Warranty

Sprinkler Solutions, LLC provides a five year warranty on all materials and labor, commencing on the closing date between homeowner and builder. The closing date is defined as the date in which full payment for the installation has been received.
In the event that a defect in workmanship, parts or materials is reported to Sprinkler Solutions, LLC by the owner within the applicable period, Sprinkler Solutions, LLC will correct the defect in workmanship, or will repair or replace the defective part(s) at no cost to the owner. All defective parts, upon replacement, become property of Sprinkler Solutions, LLC.
This limited warranty is an express warranty limited to the terms and conditions set forth and does not create any implied warranties. This document sets forth all of the terms and conditions of this limited warranty, and no person has any authority to change, modify, amend or misrepresent the written terms hereof. This limited warranty is performable in the County in which the residence of owner is located. This limited warranty shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State in which the residence of owner is located.
Sprinkler Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any damage to the irrigation system caused by physical abuse, or by the negligence or intentional actions of Owner or Third persons.
This warranty covers all irrigation system parts from the point of water connection, to all moving and non-moving parts, all related electrical wiring, labor from, and defects in materials or workmanship. All warranties apply provided only Sprinkler Solutions, LLC maintains the system. Should any other contractor, company, or person(s) tamper with or attempt to service the system in any way this is cause for termination of warranty.
This limited warranty runs solely from Sprinkler Solutions, LLC to Owner, and is  transferable to the next owner if you sell your home within the warranty period.
Maintenance and guarantee as stated above does not include alterations necessitated by re-landscaping, addition of trees, fences, re-grading, or the addition and changes in walks, walls, driveways, or the like. Further, maintenance does not include trimming grass around heads or any service required due to the lack of the Owner's maintenance of lawns and plants. It is also expressly understood that the guarantee and maintenance, after final acceptance, does not cover any mechanical damage (breakage) or any repairs or service needed for causes beyond the control of Sprinkler Solutions, LLC.  Electrical disruptions caused from lightning, power outages, or any other surges of electrical current are not covered under this warranty. Annual testing of the backflow preventer (where applicable) is not covered.

Irrigation Service Warranty

Sprinkler Solutions, LLC’s warranty service repair dispatch policy is to respond within 48 hours to genuine repair situations. True emergency situations are given the highest priority.
Raising and lowering of heads to proper height, adjusting arc and radius, filling trenches that have settled, packing the earth firmly around the heads and quick couplers is considered part of warranty work and shall be done at no charge to Owner for one year after acceptance of system.
Sprinkler Solutions, LLC extends to Owner all of the warranties and guarantees provided by the manufacturer on all equipment used. Relevant copies of such warranties will be provided to the Owner upon written request.
Payment of balance is due in full upon completion of system installation. All system materials and related installed equipment remain sole property of Sprinkler Solutions, LLC until payment in full is received.
Sprinkler Solutions, LLC is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control i.e., excessive water pressure, water hammer, tree roots, rock ledge/boulders in the ground, builders fill and/or debris buried on site.
